Hybrid Role

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize employee data for group plans, prepare payment vouchers, and reconcile monthly billings.

  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personnel files, both electronic (using Dynafile) and paper-based.

  • Execute daily benefits tasks such as uploading files to vendor sites and updating the compensation and benefits webpages on the Intranet.

  • Coordinate benefits-related meetings, webinars, and seminars.

  • Assist the Benefits Specialist in 401(K) annual audits and compliance testing.

  • Analyze employee benefits utilization and prepare weekly wellness emails for employees.

  • Update employee Paid Time Off (PTO) records and communicate changes.

  • Manage the Tuition Reimbursement program.

  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to assess competitive positioning.

  • Provide administrative support to HR personnel and handle daily HR mail distribution.

  • Maintain name changes in PeopleSoft and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience with at least 1 year focused on Benefits Administration.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of management.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
