Enabling functions may operate as a center-led global team, providing a central strategy, structure, and standards; or as business partner teams, with resources embedded within the businesses to deliver business unit-specific results.Job Summary The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Business Partner teams in providing comprehensive HR services to managers and employees. This role will encompass a wide range of HR tasks, providing support and coordination from employee relations and performance management to compliance and communication. The HR Operations Coordinator must have the ability to handle complex HR issues with empathy and clarity will be crucial in order to maintain a positive, productive, and policy-aligned workplace. The HR Operations Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining and preparing HR reports and acting as a liaison to HR Center Led Teams such as talent acquisition, total rewards, HRIS, payroll.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for keying employee changes in Workday, ensuring data integrity. Develop and prepare a variety of HRIS reports, which may include HR KPI\'s, compensation, new hire, and termination reports among others; also responsible for providing analysis and recommendations depending on findings. Create, update and maintain organizational charts. Provide customer service to employee population on various issues and escalate to appropriate HR staff member or HR center led team, when necessary. Assist with administration of performance management process, including but not limited to maintaining accurate records and ensuring data accuracy for eligible employee population.
