The Principal Cybersecurity is responsible for Single application support resource, overseeing client driven investigations and troubleshooting of the application functions. This also ensures SOX related processes and controls are in place and effective.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations maintaining the legacy IGA platform, providing timely and effective support of the application including but not limited to client submitted questions or investigations needed, ensuring system health, troubleshooting/diagnosing suspected technical issues and/or issues created by upstream platform issues.

  • Immediate triage and resolution to restore the permissions impacted.

  • Works in conjunction with centralized teams performing maintenance (i.e. patching) or other maintenance tasks.

  • As the system is SOX certified the support resource, maintain the controls in place to assure compliance as controls dictate

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.

  • Typically requires 8-10 years of related experience.

  • Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations.

  • 3-5 years Unix/Linux Tier 2, 3 support including tuning, troubleshooting, error resolution and monitoring.

  • Proven proficiency with PHP, perl, PL/SQL, shell scripting; support and troubleshooting 3-5 years.

  • Proficiency with Oracle DB use and troubleshooting from application use of and interaction with DB.

  • SQL investigations, data anomaly, data analysis and reporting needs are heavily engaged with this position

  • Strong, organized troubleshooting skills needed as well as code ‘read’ and analysis (troubleshooting) and issue resolution to provide to developers.

  • Application ‘client’ support experience 3-7 years; ability to balance multiple requests and prioritize.

Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
