Friendly Auto Group Auto Front Desk Receptionist Part Time in Middletown, New York

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7:30-4:00 ON SATURDAYS !!!

Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer service-oriented Auto Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Friendly Acura of Middletown. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for creating a positive first impression for our customers. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours, in which you will support the dealership by handling administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.Compensation & Benefits:The hourly rate for this position is $16 to $17 per hour, based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate party or take messages- Schedule appointments for service and sales departments- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records- Assist with paperwork and data entry for new vehicle purchases- Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve any issues or complaints- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by managementRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn dealership-specific software- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings- Bilingual in Spanish is a plusEEOC Statement:Friendly Acura of Middletown provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
