At Leonard Bus, we provide:- Competitive hourly pay- Paid time off available after your first day- Well-equipped, clean working environment- Paid on the job training- Great benefit package including multiple medical options, dental, vision, 8 paid holidays, flexible spending, dependent care, and 401k with company match- Company paid benefits including short and long term disability and life insurance- Weekly pay- Uniforms- Boot and safety glass allowances- Up to $2,000 referral bonus Responsibilities of Parts Operations Supervisor:- Oversees and actively participates in the workflow of all warehouse and shipping and receiving activities for assigned facility, ensuring efficient utilization of team members and available resources, while ensuring KPI’s and company objectives are achieved.- Manages and oversees the parts inventory for assigned facility, reviews and recommends returns for overstocks/obsoletes, non-stock, no bin, and parts with no cost; manages cycle counts and adjustments; assists in the cataloging of parts and materials, and organizes the storage of materials to achieve the most efficient warehouse operations.- Manages, oversees, and participates in the annual physical inventory and/or cycle counts in all warehouses and investigates and corrects root causes for bad inventory balances so they do not reoccur.- Fosters and promotes positive relations with customers, vendors, and distributors by obtaining information on products from suppliers; working with internal customers and managers to identify and assist with material needs; and effectively communicating and resolving problems and concerns.- Manages and oversees freight activities including evaluating outbound freight invoices before payment and filing, maintaining, and processing freight claims.- Processes, picks, and delivers parts for tickets created by shop technicians, ensuring timely, efficient fulfillment of all requests and prompt communication of any delays.- Creates work orders to process part only warranties.Minimum Requirements of Parts Operations Manager:- Associate degree in management, administration, retail, merchandising, supply chain or any related field of study or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible parts warehouse experience, including a minimum of (2) two years supervisory or management experience.- Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite applications and related departmental software (including parts inventory and dealer management systems), to include researching and looking up information.- Demonstrates high-level of heavy-duty parts bus/truck parts knowledge.- Forklift experience required; certification highly desired.- Valid Driver’s License for New York State or for the state of residence.More than great buses, your partner and trusted advisor.

Minimum Salary: 52,900 Maximum Salary: 63,400 Salary Unit: Yearly
