The Dow Chemical Company U.S. Pension Plan Manager in Midland, Michigan
The Dow Chemical Company. Acts as Plan Fiduciary on U.S Defined Benefit Pension Plans. Vendor management. Resolve complex pension plan, legal or participants on interpretations. Ensure compliance and governance for U.S pension plans. Process improvements. Render opinions on benefit claims and appeals. Review and approve valuation data. Provide expertise and support to internal/external auditors; and develop content for communications required by government agencies. Address escalated HR inquiries and review and/or approve transaction activities, as applicable. Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s). Bachelor's degree in Human resources, finances, economics, business, or related and 5 years of experience required. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report into worksite.
