US&C Finance Analyst

The US&C Finance Analyst role is responsible for managing US and Canada region, at a country-site level.

This is a very dynamic role, responsible for managing data, templates and spreadsheets so Excel and GSheets are a must (pivot tables as minimum, advanced formulas desirable). The role also requires good communication skills, so fully bilingual is a must as you will be partnering with different line of business to get things done as well as train them where necessary (envision yourself as subject matter expert for internal teams and a trust advisor for our client). Fast learner, autodidact and willing to share knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

ü Guide and support the FM team during financial planning processes such as Budget and Forecasts.

ü Work closely with Sourcing in regards cost reduction initiatives and programs to ensure their inclusion during Budget and Forecast cycles.

ü Monitor in conjunction with FM all facility expenses at a country-site level

ü Provide both high level and detailed information for budget vs actuals monthly results.

ü Responsible for all month-end processes including but not limited to accruals, reclassifications, Open PO validation, etc., in accordance with client accounting policies.

ü Develop and improve existing processes and templates to optimize current operation.

ü Perform other financial management administrative duties related to country-site such as updating systems and tools, data collection, cost calculations, required trend analysis, etc.

ü Act as SME to FM, TM and PJM to solve any issues or queries in regard to financial items.
