Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Associate will safely execute manual tasks required in the production and assembly of frozen pizza. This role involves rotating among multiple positions, including direct production line work and off-line support tasks. Responsibilities also include the sanitation of equipment at the end of a production run or day.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual tasks in the production and assembly of frozen pizza.

• Rotate among multiple roles, including direct production line work and off-line support.

• Sanitize equipment at the end of a production run or day.

• Manage ingredients to meet quality and uniformity standards.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to meet safety and quality standards.

• Perform simple math to update inventory and other documents.

• Lift pizzas into cases and move cases around the facility.

• Ensure proper placement of labels on cases.

• Accurately count and record inventory information.

• Perform routine and manual tasks with little to no errors.

Essential Skills

• Forklift operation

• General labor

• Production experience

• Bilingual capabilities

• Experience in cheese and meat cutting

• Ability to manage ingredients for quality and uniformity

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

• Basic math skills for inventory updates

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Attention to detail for labeling and inventory recording

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in food service, food preparation, food production, and packaging

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled. This is a full-time role generally occurring Monday to Friday, with a typical shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Overtime is often available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milaca, Minnesota.
