The Role :

ricerchiamo per la nostra sede di Milano, uno Amministrativo/Contabile- Sostituzione Maternità che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

Gestione e invio ordini:

  • invio e controllo ordini ai fornitori in base alle scelte dei dipendenti .

Fatturazione clienti:

  • invio mensile al cliente della Fattura con relativa lettera accompagnatoria in base alle scelte effettuate

Quadratura Contabile:

  • situazione contabile del cliente in base a tutte le operazioni effettuate.

Prime note attive e passive:

  • Registrazione degli incassi, delle Fatture attive e passive .

Skills richieste per il ruolo:

  • Diploma / Laurea in ambito economico o equivalente

  • buona conocenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata , minimo B2

  • capacità di individuazione del rapporto prezzo/prestazione;

  • conoscenza del pacchetto applicativo office.
