Looking for a summer job? The Grill is now hiring team members to staff our Food Truck located at Sinclair Marina! Come join our team and spend your days overlooking beautiful Lake Sinclair as we provide great food and hospitality in a fun and exciting setting.

This is a seasonal, part-time position. The food truck will be located at Sinclair Marina this season. Hours of operation will be 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday- Sunday through Labor Day weekend. This position offers competitive pay plus tips.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet all guests as they approach the food truck/ trailer.

• Educate guests about our menu items and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.

• Take food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and beverage orders.

• Stock utensils, condiments, and other supplies as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of food items.

• Follow food sanitation & food safety guidelines at all time.

• Work as a team with other staff and communicate with cooks on what is needed.

• Handle guest concerns with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.

• Issue bills and handle different methods of payment.

• Promote the brand to all guests.

• Anything else needed or asked upon.

• On-the-job training provided; previous experience in the food industry a plus

• Guest-oriented approach and patience

• Problem solving and decision making skills

• Ability to operate a POS terminal

• Excellent people skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Responsible and trustworthy

• Attention to cleanliness and safety

• Weekend Availability
