We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with payroll experience (ADP) to manage payroll, accounts payable, and assist with various office tasks in a dynamic, small office environment. If you're flexible and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and A/P

• Onboard new employees and manage benefits enrollment

• Occasionally answer phones, weigh in/out trucks

• Maintain OSHA records and manage workers' comp paperwork

Qualifications:

• Payroll experience (ADP preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Flexible and able to handle various office tasks

• A/P experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Process payroll

Process A/P

Onboard new employees

Occasionally weigh in/out trucks as needed

Occasionally answer phone at switchboard

Keep up with OSHA reporting

Fill out workers comp paperwork after employee injury's

Enroll employees in benefits programs (401k, Health/Life/Dental/LTD insurance plans)

Audit these plans for billing accuracy
