Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Machine Operator where you will be responsible for operating extruder machines, managing 2-3 machines at a time, and performing troubleshooting and minor repairs. Your role also includes collaborating with Quality Assurance for inspecting finished parts, cleaning machines between jobs, weighing out materials, and handling materials which includes lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional forklift duties. Additionally, you will be involved in setup tasks like reading work orders, gathering and weighing materials, entering data into computers, and making pallets. This position requires rotating duties and lifting up to 55 lbs. Training for forklift operation will be provided.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Milton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work environment for this role includes second shift hours from 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday with a $0.75 shift premium and third shift hours from 11pm-7:30am Sunday-Thursday with a $1.00 shift premium. This role is physically demanding and involves working in conditions where you will get a little dirty.
