Your seat at the table: Accountant You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies. Prepare and file sales and use tax returns using Avalara tax software. Prepare daily credit card reconciliations investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed. Review, process and reconcile employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with company policy. Track prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and record monthly depreciation/amortization. Facilitate collaborative post-project reviews for CapEx projects Issue tax reporting for distributions (e.g. 1099\'s) Assist with month end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and annual external audit. Initiate manual invoices and perform daily deposits. Assist with Accounts Payable transactions including invoice entry, pay runs, etc. Administer corporate credit card program. Perform other backup duties and special projects, as requested. We need this seat to have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Corporate Accounting/Audit. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills This seat reports to: Senior Accountant Our company believes leaders are critical to the success of each individual.
