Job Summary The Finance Lead role will lead the financial guidance, direction, and analytical support within North America and the larger Commercial Finance organization. The role will partner closely with operational stakeholders in North America to drive commercial results that deliver Hardwire objectives. This position provides comprehensive financial support for assigned departments, including monthly performance reports, financial analysis, revenue, margin and expense variance review, and recommendations for corrective actions when needed. Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and analytical excellence in complex and cross-functional projects, actively partnering with, engaging, and influencing across all levels of global finance and operational leadership. Collaborate across key cross-functional and global stakeholder groups and provide process leadership in preparation of key business deliverables, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and driving best practice identification and implementation. Analyze business metrics/data for key insights to proactively identify risks and opportunities and forward-looking actions. Provide business analysis with particular emphasis in understanding the business and partnering and influencing stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
