JOB REQUIREMENTS: Safely clear the property of debris, including old furniture, construction materials, and miscellaneous items. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to ensure safe handling and disposal, adhering to local regulations and environmental guidelines. Execute precise demolition of walls as required, utilizing demolition tools such as sledgehammers, crowbars, and reciprocating saws. Ensure careful removal of debris to minimize damage to surrounding areas. Methodically dismantle and remove old kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and built-in elements. Take care to preserve salvageable materials for potential reuse or recycling, promoting sustainability and cost-efficiency. Safely disconnect and remove old furnaces and water heaters, following established procedures to prevent damage. Coordinate with utility providers as needed to facilitate disconnection and removal. Remove interior doors, broken baseboards, doors, and window trim with precision and attention to detail. Prepare surfaces for renovation by clearing away debris and ensuring a clean and smooth substrate for subsequent work. Prepare flooring surfaces for subsequent work by meticulously covering them with protective paper and applying painter\'s tape. Maintain cleanliness and organization on-site throughout the demolition phase, regularly disposing of debris and waste materials in designated areas. Sweep and vacuum work areas to ensure a safe and orderly environment for subsequent trades. Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials as needed for a seamless transition to the next property. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking a skilled Demo Team Deconstruction Specialist to join our team.
