When every second counts and performance reliability is a must - we are ready and able to serve today, tomorrow and into the future.Job Description Act as Lead System Technologist (ST) on projects or system upgrades, capable of directing self and other assigned project STs and able to mentor less experienced STs. Post-sale implementation of voice and data communications systems. Provide technical support on specialized telecommunications systems and public safetyproduct applications for the Federal DoD. Performs specific system configuration, programming, optimization, testing, and documentation tasks. Provide technical support of specialized systems and product applications, including advanced troubleshooting of software-driven electronics, provisioning of communication system infrastructure, and performance optimization of RF and Broadband architecture including, but not limited to, legacy analog, advanced digital P25, and data infrastructure. Maintain, optimize, test, support and document complex mission critical communications systems. Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation with a focus on trend analysis and documentation of results. Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments.
