This position will be working out of one of our Midwest locations, ideally Green Bay, Minneapolis, Duluth, or Madison. Primary Responsibilities Manage manufacturing and mining clients, including multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists, in the completion of environmental projects Manage the planning, development, and execution of projects keeping in mind budget, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments Lead federal, state, and local permitting efforts Assemble project teams and monitor project performance while mentoring and coaching team members Negotiate scope change orders with clients and subcontractors Assist client leaders with creating proposals and cultivating client relationships Ability to travel up to 20%Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Science, or applicable technical discipline 10 years of project management experience working with complex projects of varying size and scopePreferred Qualifications 15+ years of experience working in the consulting engineering industry 5 years of experience managing mining projects, which may include: mine planning, mine optimization, milling, tailings management, reclamation, preparation...
