The Quality Assurance Lab Technician Lead is a working role with the responsibility of ensuring work flow, testing, and all other daily duties are completed. Daily responsibolities include but are not limited to the completion of testing and inspection, dimensional analysis and support of other departments within HellermannTyton. This position requires the Technician be able to complete product/process inspections in a product enviornment as well as a lab environment while managing files and software. Overtime will be required including some weekend hours. This position will also maintain HellermannTyton\'s TS16949/ISO14001/EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably 2-5 years prior lab experience in a manufacturing setting with an understanding of lab terms and conditions. The Quality Assurance Lab Technician Lead should have excellent attention to detail, be organized, and have the ability to work independently or in group environment. They should also have excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and entry level leadership skills.
