Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist with insurance products including design and implementation of new or existing products, promotion strategies and day-to-day product line management to advance sales and servicing. Support ongoing product evolution including coordinating and driving efforts with technical, operational, compensation, investment and regulatory experts. Explain product information that includes translating program features and functions to internal and external partners with minimal assistance. Develop expertise in programs and industry landscape to respond to product inquiries. Build platform expertise in order to identify and provide product input for efficient set-up. Provide support and product expertise to internal teams. Work with agile development teams to ensure product design details can be accommodated. Understand and demonstrate regulatory compliance through adherence of business conduct, support programs and address Field and client practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial services. Strong attention to detail and ability to develop deep product expertise. Ability to build strong internal networks. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, ability to work within deadlines, prioritize work and multitask. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn technical details of insurance or investment programs. Required Certifications: Series 6 - FINRA, Series 7 - FINRA, SIE - FINRA Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start: \$59,150.00 Pay Range - End: \$109,850.00 Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
