Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition RN Partner is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent selection/hiring. Will serve as a strategic business partner to hiring managers and nursing leadership to plan, develop, and implement innovative, inclusive nurse recruitment strategies. Please note this is an on-site position at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's - Milwaukee Campus.

  • Pro-actively contact and recruit prospective nursing candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities.

  • Nurture candidates through the interviewing and selection process. May function as an extension of the leadership team in familiarizing prospects with Ascension's career opportunities and final selection of talent.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and leaders across the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.

  • Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.

Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years experience in Talent Acquisition or Managerial experience including hiring responsibilities. Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with demonstrated knowledge of nursing practice and delivery structures.

Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-state Nursing License
