Your responsibilities

  • Manages project planning

  • Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

  • Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief

  • Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Determines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

  • Sets out project with right ticket workflows and boards

  • Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Aids to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

  • Assists the Product Owner/Product Manager to guarantee that the product vision and high-level business objectives are obvious and possible

  • Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members

  • Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

  • Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations

  • Assure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked

  • Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments

  • Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests Requirements - Skilled in managing complicated technology and cross-functional projects

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

  • Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

  • Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

  • Technical experience including JIRA or similar application and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

  • Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
