JOB REQUIREMENTS: Vice President, Chief Information Officer Job ID 2024-8380 # of Openings 1 Type Full-Time Shift First Overview As the VP, Chief Information Officer, you will develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive information technology (IT) strategy. This strategy will align with the company\'s business objectives, optimize return on investment, and prioritize security measures. Responsibilities Develops, refines, and executes a holistic IT strategy in alignment with business objectives, prioritizing effectiveness, efficiency and security. Oversees robust cybersecurity measures and ensures the protection of company data and information. Leads extensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation projects to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates closely with the executive team to identify how IT can contribute to achieving business and financial goals. Engages with internal and external parties to stay on the forefront of emerging technologies, anticipating and managing organizational changes. Ensures that IT and network infrastructure fully support the company\'s computing, data processing, and communication needs. Develops and manages the IT budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum impact. Aligns the IT team to company\'s goals, projects, and timelines, devising strategies for their successful implementation. Prepares and delivers reports on IT strategies, security, and compliance to the Board and Audit Committees. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations that apply to systems operations, I.e. Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO).
