The Multi Craft Maintenance position will report to the Maintenance Manager. Handle both electrical and mechanical jobs. The Multi Craft Maintenance position is responsible for assisting and following the direction of the internal maintenance team and third-party contractors. In addition, this position will be expected to be proficient in basic tools, threading pipe, pulling wires, rebuilding pumps and other light maintenance work. The position reports to and works closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure that we have the highest safety standard and minimal downtime in the facility. The person appointed will be expected to maintain and improve the safety and efficiency of the facility by executing a predetermined plan set forth at weekly maintenance meetings. Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed in order to succeed in this position.
