Workforce Skills Coach Radio Network Technician in Minley, United Kingdom

Join our dynamic team as an Apprenticeship Coach Radio Network Technician and embark on a rewarding journey of shaping the future of skilled professionals in the radio operations field!

As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch training programmes that hone Apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for their Apprenticeships. Your role will encompass a range of exciting tasks, from conducting initial assessments to providing personalized coaching and mentoring, all while utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to gauge Apprentice readiness.

  • Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to foster skill development.

  • Deliver constructive feedback to support Apprentices' progress.

  • Utilize technology effectively for efficient learning delivery.

  • Arrange and conduct workplace visits to monitor and support Apprentice development.

  • Assess Apprentice work against standards and provide feedback accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate Apprentice records and ensure quality assurance standards are met.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure positive learning experiences.

  • Attend meetings and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced radio operator with relevant qualifications.

  • Experience and an excellent working knowledge of the Bowman system

  • Hold training/teaching/assessor qualifications.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.

  • Proficient in IT and self-supervised work.

  • Familiarity with ESFA funding and Ofsted inspection processes (desirable).

  • Experience in Apprenticeship training and program management.

  • Track record of achieving targets and delivering outstanding results.

  • Ability to use technology effectively for learning delivery.

  • Exceptional written skills for detailed feedback and objective setting.
