Aston Carter Account Manager (Hybrid) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description

  • The Account Manager is accountable for managing the day-to-day business and project requirements from assigned clients, and ensure company meet’s their expectations for quality, service and value.

  • This is key position with our Client Success Team and will work with and take client direction from the Sales Account Executive.

  • By providing daily oversight of client work, the Account Manager enables Company's Sales Account Executives to focus on business development and relationship management.

  • Daily oversight of client business requirement

  • Commercial support for Sales within assigned accounts

  • Creating quote letters

  • Submitting estimate requests and assisting Sales with preliminary pricing

  • Finding opportunities for Sales to cross sell into accounts

  • Helping discover client needs and opportunities for value creation o Manage billing process and approve final invoice to client

  • Lead and manage day to day project communication with assigned accounts

  • Find and share new ideas and processes to improve workflow and provide top-notch customer service and outcomes;

  • Manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met; drive schedule through collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and Sales to achieve client desired outcomes;

  • Perform multi-stage quality control procedures including print, proofs, data processing and editing;

  • Liaise Sales Account Executives, internal departments to anticipate and troubleshoot issues and provide timely and well communicated solutions;

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • College education and/or 1-3 years of equivalent business experience preferably within the print or adjacent industries;

  • General knowledge of various print production processes (screen printing, heat transfer, pad printing, digital printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.)

  • Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills along with overall good technology skills;

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

Work Environment

  • On site for training but will be Hybrid after they are proven to be Technically adapt through training.

  • Monday - Friday

  • 1st shift
