The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

As an Asset Strategy Sr. Program Owner, Property Management , on the HVAC Operations team you be critical to achieving the goals, processes and strategies.

The person in role will:

  • Be a strategic executor of the HVAC asset installation and closeout process by driving asset portfolio and leading the commissioning process. Awareness of industry and competitor activities to ensure that we remain strategic and effective in our buildings.

  • Serve as leader to our end-of-life installation vendors showcasing project management prowess and using your skills and experiences to develop criteria and scope of work evaluation and overall project execution efficacy.

  • Excel as a connector you’ll build cross functional relationships with internal and external partners by partnering closely with Properties teams and communicating with other Program Managers, the Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, and Vendor partners.

  • Deliver as an innovator on key special projects that will drive efficiencies and financial savings while playing a critical role in support, testing, evaluation, and providing feedback on your Asset to ensure longevity and operations.

  • Showcase communication mastery and build financial accountability as you monitor and manage budgets within financial guidelines, you will proactively communicate financial trends and risks associated with budgets to partners and Target Properties leadership.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience

  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness, multitask, and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical, reasoning, organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking or making presentations

  • Strong interpersonal skills, can develop strong relationships with team members at all levels throughout the organization

  • Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Property Management space preferred

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
