Assistant Community Manager Job Details: Hours - Ful-time Pay - $28 - $32 / hour Location - 1252 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403 Benefits 401(k) Match Free Parking Excellent and Affordable Health / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and Sick Time Assistant Community Manager Responsibilities: Collect and deposit all checks ensuring accurate designation to resident, retail, and commercial accounts. Late rent letters. Prepaid and delinquent balance audits and notifications (Residential, Retail, and Commercial). Assist with the eviction process. Renter's insurance non-compliance reporting. Rental verifications. Contract parking oversight. Resident Deposit Audits. Previous resident collections oversight. Move ins, move outs, transfers, work orders, resident events, and other resident relations. Vendor invoice submission. Lease Violations. Document and database management. Additional duties as assigned. Assistant Community Manager Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in residential property management required. Minimum of two (2) years property management experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Experience at a property with over 100 units highly preferred. Market rate, luxury and/or downtown experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications Word, Outlook and Excel. Working knowledge of RealPage OneSite or similar property management software. Knowledge of basic property management accounting practices and procedures. Knowledge of basic building maintenance, landscaping and grounds and housekeeping practices and procedures. Ability to organize and prioritize work projects. Ability to maintain resident, financial and other confidential information. Ability to interact tactfully with residents, staff, owners, other management personnel, corporate representatives, vendors and the general public. Follow and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Able to read, write, spell, perform basic math and be fluent in English. Maintain a neat, well-groomed and professional appearance.
