Better Futures MN Curbside Waste Diversion Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Primary responsibilities and duties include: 1. Respond to all inquiries related to our waste diversion and curbside pickup services. 2. Main point of contact for all Better Futures collection and curbside contracts. 3. Implement curbside collection service marketing strategies and secure new curbside collection opportunities to maintain a steady pipeline of work year-round. 4. Responsible for ensuring that Better Futures Minnesota is licensed in the cities that we provide collection services. 5. Assist with all required reporting related to other Enterprise contracts related to curbside collection contracts. 6. Oversee and make sure all routes are set and optimized for scheduled collections. 7. Oversee and manage all customer service with customers and clients, including the staffing of a dedicated customer service phone line. 8. Assist with the production manual and training curriculum to support the operation of waste diversion and curb side pick-up services. 9. Lead a property maintenance crew during all snow events. 10. Other duties as assigned.
