Job ID360051 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilyAthletics Full/Part TimeFull-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code9343DR Employee ClassAcad Prof and Admin About the Job Duties: Assist with official/unofficial visits of prospective student-athletes (30%) * Help schedule official visits * Schedule unofficial visits - Coordinate staff schedule/create itineraries/transportation reservations/facility schedule * During visits, as a recruiting staff, we will coordinate anywhere from 2 to 48 hours of time for every prospective student-athlete who is on campus. Social media and marketing (35%) * Oversee social media and marketing plan of the football recruiting department. * Organize recruiting information for football staff. * Create a brand/marketing plan to communicate essential information with prospects. * Heavily involved in developing material to market the program. * Create delivery plan/calendar to efficiently produce material and direct it to recruits. Develop Relationships and Communicate with Prospective Student-Athletes (20%) * Cultivate and build relationships with prospective student-athletes * Manage the organization of scouting information Administration (15%) * Assist with compliance of the recruiting operation of the football program * Organize recruiting information for football staff * Track down all personal data including GPA, test scores, addresses, parent names, etc. * Monitor the athletic evaluations complete by the football staff * Assist in the advancing the department's missions, vision and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity. Salary for this position is $60,000- $65,000. Qualifications Qualifications: Required * Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience to equal at least four years.
