Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Three to five years of experience in operations/technology project management activities Preferred Qualifications: • College degree required (mathematics/statistics, finance or equivalent field preferred) • Five plus years of related experience • A solid, detailed understanding of performance and attribution calculations and methodologies • Understand investment concepts, portfolio accounting, security types, accruals and how transactions affect performance • Proficient computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Word & MS Access applications

salary: $36.75 - $43.23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Generate and analyze performance returns for accounts in the firm's performance measurement system, researching and resolving any

discrepancies that arise promptly

• Set up and maintain new client accounts and benchmarks in the performance system

• Monitor and reconcile benchmark data information received from index providers, resolving any data problems, and manage internal

benchmark records

• Use performance data from various systems to calculate, analyze and interpret data for the purpose of determining contributing factors to

performance results in comparison to benchmarks

• Calculate and maintain performance composites in compliance with GIPS. Update and maintain necessary composite documents and

disclosures. Assist in maintaining firm's adherence to GIPS and maintaining GIPS verification records and other documents

• Complete internal/external client performance requests, support firm's RFP processes and produce performance related materials for

consultant databases

• Conduct ongoing reporting or ad hoc reporting as needed at an excellent service level

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of the flow of firms information to accounting and performance systems and use that knowledge to

troubleshoot problems

• Contribute ideas for and assist in the implementation of improvements to efficiency, accuracy, and controls in relation to assigned work,projects or other process enhancements
