Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data within the healthcare sector and working closely with our accounting team. The role will also require the individual to be proficient in using various accounting software systems and have a deep understanding of accounting functions, budget processes, and healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare financial data and prepare reports on findings

• Use accounting software systems to manage financial transactions and generate reports

• Perform budgeting and forecasting tasks to assist in financial planning

• Handle expense reporting and manage accrued expenses, department expenses, and depreciation expenses

• Maintain and manage expense accounts and handle expense accruals

• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounting functions

• Leverage healthcare analytics to inform financial decision-making

• Actively participate in budget processes and help in financial planning for the healthcare sector

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the healthcare industry Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Budget Processes

• Capable of handling Expense Reporting

• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance

• Proficient in HealthCare Analytics

• Ability to handle Budgeting and Forecasting tasks

• Knowledge of Accrued Expenses

• Experience in managing Department Expense

• Understanding of Depreciation Expense

• Ability to manage Expense Account

• Proficient in handling Expense Accruals

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst

• Previous experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry is preferred
