Job Description

Global treasury management offers a complex suite of products and services to its clients. Within the market, these products and services span across vast ranges of company sizes and use cases. The implementation team within treasury management works with clients across various segments to implement these products and services often times in unique ways to fit the client’s needs.

This role will lead a team of 3 reporting personnel to produce proactive actionable insights in which the Head of Implementation can execute up on with their leadership team. This is a critical role as implementation shifts into a data driven organization. This leader needs to be able to come in, model behavior for the team and hit the ground running quickly.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Weekly creation of executive level reporting including powerpoint decks and update emails

  • Evaluate and be agile in changing of reporting logic from day to day, week to week depending on what is found

  • Effectively managing reporting team to ensure right skilling and appropriate knowledge base exists to support a variety of reporting needs

  • Proactively analyze different data cuts leading to trends and pointing to potential root causes for action

  • Mapping out key reporting logic to ensure reporting is accurate

  • Finding missing or mis-reported data and actioning quickly for accuracy

  • Update GTM implementation head on key findings and proactively recommend improvement or focus areas

  • Effectively communicate with senior executives when needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience

  • 6-8 years of statistical experience and/or data analytics experience

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a data/reporting role

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Extensive and near expert level Power BI, SAS, and excel knowledge

  • Experience with model creation, techniques, and upkeep

  • Treasury management/payments knowledge preferred but not required

  • Master’s degree in data science or something comparable

  • Strong Microsoft product suite knowledge (excel, powerpoint, etc)

  • Strong leadership presence

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
