  • The IT Project Manager - Senior will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Contact Center and Service Operations Product and Planning team.

  • The Contact Center and Service Operations Sr. PM will be responsible for leading one or more large scale, complex, and cross functional programs, often spanning multiple organizations.
