The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

As a New Stores & Remodel Performance Lead, you will partner across the Enterprise to build, activate and manage a program insights and reporting ecosystem that will measure the progress and performance of our key new store and remodel strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams (CFT) with complex scope in end to end (E2E) learning plan development tied to strategic initiatives. With this work, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key measures of success and outcomes. You will work across the CFT to synthesize key program metrics (guest, financial and operational) and inputs, communicating only the most critical, actionable insights and recommendations on how to optimize and influence our future multi-year strategy. You will be responsible for the socialization horizontally and vertically of programmatic insights in partnership with Strategy & Ops and your CFT. You will continue to evolve the program insights ecosystem to best support several Properties and Enterprise strategic initiatives in a consistent and valued way.

About you:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years Properties, Merchandising, Program Management, Global Supply Chain or Store Operations experience

  • High level of resiliency, personal accountability, collaboration and high comfort with ambiguity.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams with complex scope.

  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and translate insights to recommendations.

  • Demonstrated high sense of curiosity and ability to drive clarity via storytelling.

  • Ability to work well with others in the face of complexity and opposing viewpoints.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
