Experiments on Majorana states for possible applications in topologically-protected quantum computing will feature prominently. The successful candidate will participate in all stages of these experiments, from initial concepts to device fabrication, measurements, data discussion and analysis. Qualifications Required: Ph.D. in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics, with knowledge of superconducting device nanofabrication and low-temperature transport.
