Aston Carter Remote Customer Service Representative Local To MN in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Answer 60-70 incoming calls from licensed insurance agents and brokers looking to get assistance on our policies and procedures to communicate back to their customers
Research customer policy guidelines and reiterate information back to customer
Provide accurate policy information to customers
Assist in registration and navigation of company registration
Follow up with customers when necessary
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Minimum internet speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download
Preferred: Healthcare experience
Need to be available 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, will be assigned 8 hours shift 5 days a week
