Senior Patent Technical Specialist

Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Senior Patent Technical Specialist for our Intellectual Property department. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience gathering information from clients or from others on the client's behalf, performing research for pending patent litigation and patent prosecution cases, analyzing and constructing arguments for litigation and prosecution cases, and utilizing all available resources including libraries and computer data systems.
