Job Title: Shipping Associate

Job Description

The Shipping Associate will be responsible for efficiently filling and packaging orders for shipment. Key tasks include filling daily orders, packaging and shipping UPS orders, and processing the paperwork involved in shipping and receiving products. The associate will also maintain organization and cleanliness in stocked areas and load trucks with orders.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.

Work Environment

This position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Friday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM. In case of overtime, Friday hours extend to 2:30 PM. The work environment is a metal manufacturing setting, similar to an auto body shop, which can be dirtier and requires specific attire. Employees must wear pants (no sweats or athletic wear), a short-sleeve shirt or longer, and steel-toed boots. This is a non-union shop.
