Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements. - Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs. - Work closely with solutions teams to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of work products. - Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals. - Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and quality standards. - Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for iterative improvements. - Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively utilize implemented solutions. - Monitor post-implementation performance and address any issues or enhancements as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. - Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and system design. - Familiarity with various software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). - Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Solid understanding of database concepts, data analysis, and reporting tools. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with software development lifecycle and underlying tools/technologies - Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. - Experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, or training sessions.
