Wells Fargo Technology Business Services Senior Manager in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
The Chief Technology Office (CTO) supports and delivers enterprise infrastructure and tech for tech services that enable Wells Fargo customers globally. CTO is undergoing a major transformation in the way we deliver services, including new cloud modeled data centers, new and modern development tools, and adoption of a product operating model based on agile principles. To support this transformation, CTO Strategy, Transformation, and Business Services (STBS) is seeking a Technology Business Services Senior Manager to lead the IT Service Operations (ITSO) Business Service team to provide best-in-class business enablement services. This role is dotted lined to the Head of ITSO, and responsible for supporting the ITSO organization (4k) and the ITSO managers (200) with managing all business aspects of their organization including strategic planning and organizational design; driving and coordination organizational and enterprise change; operational management of the ITSO budget, workforce, leadership routines and organizational engagement activities. This position will report directly to the CTO Business Services Technology Director.
In this role, you will:
Enable the development, management and tracking of CTO leadership priorities, including strategic planning
Proactively drive resource management including organizational redesign, resource, and capacity forecasting
Manage costs to align to yearly budgets, investment planning and product capacity, forecasting and cost efficiencies activities
Manage, coordinate, facilitate, and communicate OKRs, Technology Business Reviews, management meetings, reporting, and leadership routines
Manage ITSO Business Services team and provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to ensure team success
Collaborate extensively with CTO shared service teams (Workforce, Communication) to ensure timely delivery of ITSO workforce and communication deliverables
Drive execution with ITSO leaders directly and hold accountable to action items
Work closely with ITSO leaders to develop, prioritize, organize, and structure the right conversation with business and technology executives to drive business strategies and priorities
Drive continuous business service process improvements and create business service deliverables that are best-in-class and reflect elevated, strategic thinking in an analytics-driven business environment
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+years of management experience
5+ years of strategic planning experience
Desired Qualifications:
Significant experience in operational management, strategic development, or related areas
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability and willingness to negotiate internally and externally
Proven track record of developing and executing strategies aligned with business objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple cross functional teams
Highly collaborative (with stakeholders at all levels) with strong influencing skills, creative, resourceful, self-driven and results oriented
Transformation experience within large matrixed organizations and understanding of different approaches towards organizational design with knowledge of how to simplify the organization
Must have strong executive presentation and relationship building skills. Ability to present a message clearly and succinctly to business leaders, product leaders and very large and executive audiences
Highly experienced in framing executive conversational, presentations, and analysis
Extensive experience in technology leadership roles demonstrating strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies
Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results-oriented leadership style

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
