EXOS Youth Soccer Coach in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to join the Exos team. As a Youth Soccer Coach you will:

  • Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging weekly set of lessons, drills, and games

  • Plan and conduct activities that promote participant self-esteem and encourage participant success.

  • Provide opportunities for each participant to meet established goals

  • Set a good example for participants and others including, punctuality, dress, language, and behavior

  • Plan for the safety of all participants.

  • Work independently, with the support of the Recreation Manager to meet established

  • Other duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children in the particular sport

  • Highly qualified motivator and communicator

  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications

  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have prior experience working with children.
