Our client, a leading manufacturer in the metal industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range: $16/hr

What's the Job?

• Follow all safety and quality standards and procedures.

• Review work order instructions before each project.

• Assemble products according to work order specifications.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

What's Needed?

• Prior assembly experience preferred in a metal manufacturer.

• Knowledge of hand tools and some manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and perform repetitive motion tasks.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds regularly.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing facility with varying temperatures and conditions.
