Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to fabricate components and assemblies at a custom aluminum manufacturing plant that produces industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating with a focus on precision and quality.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Monroe, Washington.

Work Environment

An employee is sometimes required to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. An employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and sometimes lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull (sometimes weight of up to 50-100 lbs). Required to stand for long periods of time. Repeatedly bend, stoop, squat, kneel, grasp, and reach overhead or outward. Often exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. Must be able to work 10+ hours a day and 40+ hours per week.
