Description:

Retail Company is seeking an experienced scrum master who has worked on enterprise-level projects within retail. You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

Responsibilities:

· Work in tandem with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to shape the product backlog for upcoming sprints, develop release plans and organize backlog items into priority groups.

· Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.

· Ensure that the appropriate Agile metrics and artifacts are produced and communicated to enable the team and PO to make informed decisions.

· Work with teams to ensure that new products, features or services are delivered to the appropriate levels of quality within the agreed sprint cycles

· Guide the team and broader organization on how to use Agile principles and value and act as a leader to the scrum team.

· Track and remove team's impediments

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bilingual is preferred but English only would be acceptable as the whole team is bilingual. (Communication internally is in English so 10/10 in English)

• Really need someone who can start within 3 weeks from now, manager is planning on hiring the right resources within two weeks. Start date, two weeks after that.
