Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a full-time Membership Consultant (Sales) for one of our clients in Montgomery, AL.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
Experience with selling Medicare Advantage/sold insurance, healthcare sales (that involved seniors), and/or community experience that also includes sales.
Easily able to overcome objections in the field such as why someone should switch their current medical provider.
H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is helpful
Job Description:
Promotes year-round patient enrollment by identifying, cultivating, and securing new patients through direct-to-consumer marketing, business partnerships, and relationships with community stakeholders.
Connects with individual seniors and groups in their homes, senior centers, places of worship, and other community spaces to advocate and highlight its value proposition for seniors.
Responsible for adhering to the team workflows.
