Have knowledge and understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features.
Be familiar with the various makes, models, features and pricing structure of the vehicles on the lot.
Able to meet with customers; find what they want and identify potential vehicle choices and schedule a test drive.
Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching those interests to various car models.
Able to answer questions about various vehicles, explaining warranties and services; and negotiate terms and prepare sales agreements.
Collaborate and work with colleagues in other departments.
Perform miscellaneous job-related and other appropriate duties as assigned.
