You independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

  • Safety and quality standards for operating machinery

  • Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies a distinct advantage

Horario

  • Senior: con disponibilidad de horario rotativo entra por ahora en turno de tarde después de formación en turno de mañana de 1-2 meses

  • Técnico en practicas nos adaptamos al horario de sus estudios.

Estudios

  • Senior: finalizado grado superior mantenimiento electromecánico o mecatrónica industrial o parecido

  • Practicas cursando Grado superior en mecatrónica, mantenimiento industrial o parecido

Descripción del Puesto:

El Técnico de Mantenimiento en esta fábrica desempeñará un papel clave en el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos e instalaciones, además de participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua. Se espera que el candidato tenga habilidades técnicas sólidas, así como una mentalidad orientada a la mejora constante de las líneas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  1. Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo:
  • Realizar inspecciones regulares de equipos y maquinaria para identificar posibles problemas.

  • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo según los programas establecidos.

  • Resolver eficientemente las averías y realizar reparaciones correctivas para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.

  1. Participación en Proyectos de Mejora Continua:
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de producción y mantenimiento.

  • Implementar cambios y mejoras en los equipos para aumentar la eficiencia y la confiabilidad.

  • Contribuir a la estandarización de procedimientos de mantenimiento y operación.

  1. Análisis de Diagnóstico:
  • Diagnosticar problemas complejos en los sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos y de control.
  1. Colaboración con Otros Departamentos:
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de producción para garantizar la disponibilidad continua de equipos.

  • Colaborar con el departamento de ingeniería en la implementación de mejoras de diseño.

  1. Documentación y Reportes:
  • Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas.

Dentro de la empresa se ofrece formación continua al estudiante en prácticas, tenemos alumnos muy contentos formándose con nosotros.

Los que ya tengan la titulación se les hace una formación inicial para el entendimiento del funcionamiento de la maquinaria y se le deja en un turno con los mecánicos más expertos para poder cubrir.
