• Chaque fois qu'il y a des problèmes dans les magasins à travers le Canada, le technicien de support est la première ligne de soutien. Il reçoit des tickets par le biais du service now ou des appels.

• Il s'agit de résoudre les problèmes liés aux points de vente et de les documenter correctement dans l'outil.

• Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais. Le candidat recevra principalement des appels en français puisqu'il s'occupera principalement du Québec, il devra donc avoir une bonne communication en français.

Description:

• Whenever there are issues in the stores across Canada they are the first line of support. They will either receive tickets trough service now or calls.

• Troubleshoot any POS issues and then document properly in the tool.
