Role and Responsibilities

Electromechanic, Maintenance of CNC and Conventional Machines

Your challenges:

  • Repair conventional and digital machine tools including 5-axis CNC equipment, lathes, milling machines, etc.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and detect mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic anomalies.

  • Repair various production-related systems and their mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

  • Repair hydropneumatic tools such as riveters, drills and grinders.

  • Adjust, set and calibrate machine tools.

  • Install mechanical components on production machines.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings (electrical and mechanical, control diagrams).

    Your strengths :

  • College diploma (AEC or DEC) in electromechanics, electronics or other related studies.

  • 7 years' experience in CNC machine or other machine tool repair.

  • Essential: Experience in an industrial environment.

  • Essential: Knowledge of the various types of equipment: machining equipment, industrial pumps. Essential: excellent mechanics and control knowledge.

  • Knowledge of machining and operation of CNC equipment an asset.

  • Electrical knowledge an asset.

  • Knowledge of advanced maintenance techniques (laser alignment, ultrasounds, oil analysis, vibration analysis. etc.) an asset.

  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.

  • Problem solver.

  • Good team player.
