Job Title: Blender Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Blender Operator and play a pivotal role in the production of high-quality resin. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire blending process which includes staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading the finished product. You will also operate a sit-down forklift and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and reactors. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols is essential. Timely execution of tasks and effective communication of any issues to the Team Lead is crucial. You'll be involved in cross-departmental assistance, performing various tests, and undertaking maintenance tasks during downtime. Your commitment to producing environmentally safe products and maintaining our quality standards is what we're looking for in a successful candidate. Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MOORESVILLE, Indiana.

Work Environment

This full-time, on-site role is based in Mooresville, Indiana. The manufacturing environment is large, without temperature control—hot in the summer and mild in the winter, particularly near large kilns. We offer 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 2-3-2 rotating basis, averaging 42 hours per week. Safe footwear and appropriate clothing are part of the dress code, with a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and mandatory in certain areas. Opportunities for overtime are available once trained, with no mandatory overtime.
